Overall it's been great. The work is fun. Co-workers and managers are pleasant and helpful. I also like how seamless being onboarded and learning my way around has been.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone seems helpful, patient, invested, and informed about the company and the product.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've only been here a few weeks but I'm very happy. My supervisors are clear about goals and answer my questions and offer guidance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm still kind of new so I haven't tested everything out, but I'm happy with the insurance plans, the 401k, internet stipend, and other options. Plus the pay is good.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the work I'm doing. It's interesting. The pace is good. I'm not bored. But conversely I'm not stressed. Plus my peers and supervisors answer questions I might have, communicate clearly, and I feel like I've had (and am still getting) a lot of great guidance to do my job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really like that everyone seems invested and there's a nice amount of organization. If I have a question, it's answered quickly. The newer employees seem very happy, and there are several people who've been here many years, which I take to be a very good sign. It's not one good thing, but several.
