It's been...challenging. I HATE, HATE, HATE, HAAAAAAAATE our CMS because it adds hours to my work day. This company refuses to upgrade or spring on better programs that would make jobs significantly easier (& bring us into the 21st century) & refuses to do it. As an editor I truly don't feel valued

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexible schedule and work from home. No micromanagement, people are treated as responsible adults and everyone works really well with each other
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I HATE using Google for email. It is an absolute mess of an email/system. It's cheap & inefficient. HATE our outdated CMS. Our digital editions don't even have HTML. I have to copy & paste stories from the PDF digital edition onto the site. Outdated, inefficient stuff like this adds HOURS to my day
