so Far I do love how this company works, how you know where is the company regarding sales, how they involve every employee in company's meeting monthly, how they manage your needs and always willing to help your work easier , faster and happier.

They are productive and effective, I like how they manage time and organization, and how they respect designers position.

I love what I do, i like the company a lot , the market and daily process for each issue.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way HR and manager (in my experience) keep reaching out employee to make each experience and day more helpful for me and let you and all employees know how they matter to the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
In some areas keep I would keep all design communication by email. and les in chats. I would have an instruction guide for runsheets and workflows to help everybody use this tools the same way. and keep meeting only as needed.
