Since I started I have strengthened my knowledge and learned about different marketing tools, and learned about the processes of the company. The people are nice and even if I make a mistake my boss takes that opportunity to show me why it was a mistake and how I can improve to avoid it again
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health package is very complete, I feel the company really wants their employees to be in good shape and have a healthy work/life balance
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are really friendly, I started at EIQ two months ago and they have been really helpful in everything I don't understand and very nice when I ask questions or advice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have learned a lot here, the company has great tools that we can learn and has given us access to courses so it really is a position where you grow as a professional.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the programs that they offer, as a remote worker they send me newsletters and access to wellness programs/app, and they also keep in touch to update me on changes to my position, clients, and contract
What makes you most happy at work?
Personal and professional growth, the job has different tasks that we do every day but there are also challenges so it is not a still/slow work environment, I like that I can ask my boss and coworkers and they are always there to help. It is the most friendly company I've worked in
