In general it's good. However with reorgs and budget cuts its always concerning as we wonder if there is going to be a layoff

Everyone is helpful, seems like people want each other to succeed

Seems like leaders/managers trust their teams to get their jobs done without micromanagement

Checking projects off lists, getting something difficult implemented, small wins like good reporting/analysis
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company updates are helpful but even more transparency would be better. Example, which brands generate the most revenue, what are potential growth areas, etc.
