My boss is great--focused, aligned, clear, a great mentor, but I have been disappointed with the lack of support from my team mates, and other teams. I logged on my first day and they carried on as they would have with my predecessor, like I was just a body replaced, when they could be so helpful.

My boss and her positivity and "can do" attitude, moving forward, making life better for my customers, serving their community with quality content
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am very pleased with my manager, I find the majority of the rest of the staff in my team and others, to not be very engaging, supportive, or happy--lifeless actually. Very stuck in their own remote world, not engaging and sharing information openly on how to do things better.
