we work in a call center industry. most people leave and switch companies after about 3-6 months. Most companies have quarterly reviews and a raise depending on how well they are performing. that should help with morale and productivity in the office. a perfect attendance bonus would be great too instead of a raffle that only *SOME* people could benefit from with an UNKNOWN prize. a NURSE for ALL sites for all working shifts is needed. and it is too much to ask but would a retirement benefit/plan hurt? it'll push for loyalty and make agents less likely to leave and abandon ship. Unfortunately, we do not have that. so it just feels like we're working a dead-end job with no goals.
