Dedicated individuals trying to do the right thing at every step.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is based on "who you know" not on "what you bring."

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listen to the feedback you're being given and implement the solutions being offered to address concerns.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Decrease the time it took between interviews, not ask for W2's, it was insulting and made me feel like they didn't trust me.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

C Suite needs to join the 21st century and understand people want to feel they're making a difference in what they do, that their roles matter to the overall success of the company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

C-Suite does not empower their leaders. In fact, on more than one occasion I have witnessed the CEO publically attack his leaders when they bring up something "unpleasant." "Improvement" would require C-Suite to trust the leaders below them.
