Rewarding and satisfying, yet sometimes very frustrating.

What makes you most happy at work?

The knowledge that my contribution is helping pave the future for the organization, our team and our customers and partners.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

In my specific team and division we are mutually respectful of one another and trust is strong. This enables us not only to work together exceptionally well as a team, but enjoy ourselves as friends too, while maintaining professionalism and productivity.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership take time to know and remember the names of every member of staff which goes a long way to making you feel your contribution is meaningful. That said, ePlus is extremely well positioned to be the "next-gen" solutions provider and while the leadership have a great vision, approach is dated

What are some of the best things about your team?

The current team I am on is hands down the best team in the company. We mutually respect and trust one another, we work well up, down and across the company and are respected outside our group. It is easily the best team I have been a member of for a very long time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a public company, it is very hard to be motivated about share price when we have no 'skin in the game'. It is the people at ePlus make it successful, not the shareholders - more emphasis should be placed on attention to the staff than the share price. Happy staff = productive staff = great share$
