So far there is a feeling of being rushed to learn as fast as possible as much as possible and an expectation to not ask questions outside of training. There may be a better way to train over a longer period instead of cramming a lot of info into a small space just to say training took place.

They keep me up to date with company business as it pertains to my role

We work together as a team and questions are answered when asked. There is no impossible situation.

Being able to help the clients and customers succeed in their business goals while also interacting with my colleagues and share happy times together.
