Change the culture and attract talent.

When salary is low and benefits are sub-par, it's hard to get attention from top talent in the field

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Benefits package is well under the market offerings. 401(k) match is annually, no ESPP, and salary is below market.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Lots of cliques in the company with many employees being here for 10+ years which makes it hard to break old habits.

What are some of the best things about your team?

You will find great people at ePlus, but when they keep mentioning that its "FAMILY", you need to run! There are no expectations of hiring and retaining the best employees which leads to duplicate work and work not completed in a timely fashion
