Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Work load balance doesn’t compare to salary rate. Responsibilities have dramatically increased with no pay increase. If given the opportunity to earn commission + salary/hourly or pay increases annually would encourage employees to want to grow with and within the compan

We are doing a large amount of work and have the highest of expectations. After a 6 month training period I think a raise that equals the amount of work one is doing would be beneficial esepcially with the long hours.

A low starting pay makes sense as theres not much experience for many people, however with time I think this should increase. Especially with the lack of other benefits that other companies give. Most employees here are post college and that means more expenses/planning for the future.

The main thing I struggle with here is the salary. I love Everlight and everything we embody. I love every person I work with. I love the values we all share and the drive to achieve our goals. I would enjoy a little more when it comes to the salary and benefits, but I'm hoping that comes with time.
