Working at Everlight has been a godsend for me and has seen me through many stages of life with both a sense of security and meaningful support. Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Everlight is the best company I've ever worked for. The culture is amazing, the work meaningful, and the people supportive. It is a newer company and with that comes a lot of room for improvement. That being said, Everlight has grown as much as I have in my time here so far!
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunity to learn something new and continue developing my relationships with my coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are down-to-earth, inquisitive, and genuinely connect with their employees. They embody the core values and have fun while doing it!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone puts in 110%. We work hard, we play hard, and we've formed working relationships that are both challenging and supportive.

Everlight people are amazing - the culture here is truly unique. Everyone is wicked smart, fun, efficient, and supportive. Truly one of the biggest reasons I love clocking into work every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is always focused on GROWTH. I love that an integral part of our business model allows for continuous auditing and revising of our processes. No idea is a bad idea, and it's discussed thoroughly to pick the best one to move forward.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're encouraged to challenge ourselves and each other, while also having fun and engaging in meaningful interactions. We read great books as a company and share valuable insight, we encourage each other and always keep an open mindset. I love the adaptability and commitment to improvement.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy when working on a complex problem and pushing past limiting beliefs - whether that has to do with the best way to approach an interaction, provide support, or breaking the boundaries on the way our systems and processes are built to create more solid platforms for future growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We hire people who come from different backgrounds, but all are interested in growing as individuals and in their careers. I love that the way our core values develop unique meanings for each person over time, and that you can literally see the growth that people who've worked her long term exhibit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries can be maxed out quickly, last raise did not cover the rate of inflation. A lot of growth at first, but there isn't a lot of reward or recognition for longer-term employees. There is an awesome Vested Grant program in 5 years. For now, would love 401K match & health/meal stipends to get by.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the work we do on our team is essential and valuable. We are awesome and are putting in 110% effort into succeeding in everything we do! For me personally, I would like to see this reflected in my pay as my earnings haven't increased in a while. Also a 401k match would be sick
