We are a team plain and simple. Everyone is always willing to help each other and no one ever says "That's not my job".

We work hard and play hard as a team. Everlight practices what they preach, the company values are NOT just for show. We live by them every single day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am told that my field doesn't make as much money as another field but I am being pulled on to calls with people on that field to help them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care about the employee experience and know what it really takes for a company to be successful. They are so invested in the company and the biggest part of the company is its employees.
