I have been looking for a company like this since I graduated, and I found my home. I haven't had one bad experience working here yet, and I don't see too many coming my way in the future either. I see myself working here for a long time, and see the potential in my career advancement as well.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've been here almost a year now, and it's the best company I've ever worked for in my career. Everyone really cares about you and wants to see you succeed, we have very supportive community. I've loved getting to meet higher ups and chat about ideas, I never thought CEO's could be so honest!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone really cares about each other and wants to see each other succeed! We really build confidence in ourselves and have solid communication as well.

I love how fun our team is! Always searching for new ideas and ways to improve, while also cracking jokes and having a good time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was recently asked to move up closer to HQ in Madison, and they have helped tremendously with making sure I'm comfortable with everything. Also, being able to work from home has been amazing, I wouldn't trade it for anything!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how open they are about future missions. They're also some of the funniest people I've ever met, so that makes the job so much fun! Our weekly company wide meetings is one of my favorite parts of the whole week
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is feeling needed and wanted. I love having responsibility and communicating with a ton of people throughout the company every day. It's nice to know that the effort I put in is beneficial to the company's success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the that we can argue ideas together and let the best idea win! The leadership team does such a good job at listening to questions, concerns, and ideas from all levels of the team, while also making sure that we get answers to those questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love setting goals and accomplishing them. Being able to plan things out with my manager, disagreeing on ideas, and committing fully to the path forward is something that makes me happy. I feel heard, and when a good idea comes about we do what we can to make it happen!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the culture of this company, 100% a selling point to work here. Everybody is so open and welcoming, it's nice to be around a lot of like-minded individuals! We do call ourselves an Everlight family, and it really does feel like it. I've never worked for a company where I felt more comfortable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not that I feel undervalued at all,I know how much my team values my efforts.I'm hungry for opportunity and would love to be in a leadership role eventually.I see the trajectory of where Everlight is headed and I want to be a part of it!I would like to be W2 and get paid better, but I'm patient
