That I get to work remotely, I work with an awesome team, and I get new opportunities to learn something new each day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's claimed that Everlight is transparent with compensation, but I personally feel like it's not. I think they could pay their employees far more of a fair wage for the amount of work they do.
