The team effort. I couldnt do this everyday if I didnt have everyone I do supporting me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are never disappointed or upset with. The idea of disagree and commit is a huge cultral shock to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The close dynamic we have, despite age, experince, training, and time here. And this job showed me that you can Disagree with someone and still be able to work it out and come to the best conclusion.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This is more personal than company related. But the fact that I only get paid on how well I do, really strives 100% put of me everyday. I appreciate that more than a hourly wage that only betters the owners wallet.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the amount of time my leader is willing to put in for me to become better at what I do. I feel Tanner really do care as a leader and not just as a job quota. That fact alone drives me to be more confident and put in more work on myself.
