My overall experience at this company has been nothing short of fantastic. This is the best job that I have ever had, and I've never been treated better as an employee. Because of this, I feel like I'm just a constant sponge soaking up the secret sauce that Everlight cooks up. It is *chefs kiss*.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having such a solid salary has reliability.
What makes you most happy at work?
The positive culture. The atmosphere of constantly learning.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My favorite aspect of the leadership team is the level balance between having a respected hierarchical leadership but still maintaining an equality-based, approachable, and friendly culture between everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team not only just tolerates or works with one another, but they SUPPORT and LOVE one another. We've flown out to attend weddings and champion one another in person as well as actively do this remotely.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when I've closed out my day knowing that I've accomplished everything I've set out to accomplish. If I have anything outstanding that has to be pushed to the following day, ittttttt urrkkssss meeeeeeeeeee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Each employee's creative input matters! This itself encourages open communication, vulnerability, and constructive advice. We celebrate people asking the "whys" and using futuristic thinking to provide their own unique input in systems and the overall functioning of a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The absolute best part about my compensation is the reliability a salary provides for me especially as I am building my life! Not many individuals my age, especially in my friend group, have a stable income. It is, hands down, the best part.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team marries the best of being human and being a leader. They are approachable and fun and genuinely incredible human beings, but filled with wisdom, get things DONE, and challenge everyone around them. It's easy to respect them as human beings and as leaders.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is continuously striving for perfection. This pushes me to a rate of growth that I have never experienced. My work ethic is nothing like it's ever been before due to my team sprinting with me. There is no room for slackers, and I -adore- it!
