The support that comes from all departments. Working from home is tough but I rarely feel confused or vulnerable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always there for you no matter what. They care about you as a person, and as a coworker.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid very well. There are no benefits, and being on a 10-99 is not preferred. But overall I enjoy the pay.
