The attitude is always positive. I love how much emphasis they put on personal growth. It really is a work hard, play hard environment.

I love interacting with different people all day. I get talk to people and share with them why Everlight is different and such an awesome company.

Everyone is likeminded and working towards the same goal. Everyone is happy to jump in and put their best foot forward. It's fun to interact and collaborate with everyone.

I liked that they focused on who I am, my personality and traits rather than my resume. I felt like they wanted to get to know me as a person.

I love the vision the leadership team has for the company and where they see it's going! They care about their employees and want to see everyone happy and thriving both personally and professionally.

What I love best about the leadership team is how they encourage you to grow and challenge yourself daily. I feel like my confidence in myself and as an employee has increased 10 fold.

We are all hard workers who are ready to learn and just get stuff done while having a good time. Everyone is so positive and truly had a passion for that they are doing.

I love talking to people! I work remotely but I still feel completely connected to my team, the company, and the candidates I get to talk to daily and share with them why Everlight really is an awesome place to work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't receive what would be considered your typical compensation like medical benefits but there are many paid holidays and a super flexible schedule that gives me a good work/family life balance. I've been given opportunities to advance in both my role and increase my salary.
