There is continous growth and discourse amongst them, not only between themselves but a top to bottom relay of information is ongoing, driving improvement

Being around people that genuinely enjoy being around and can shoot the sh*t with while getting our job done in an efficient and well done manner

Being at the warehouse, I get to talk with everyone at least once throughout the week and gain little insights to other departments, that help me in my own department!

The benefits and perks are infinitely higher than most companies I’ve been at. Coworkers are all kind in how they explain something. The work is challenging but rewarding with good coworker
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to work and be trusted to stay on top of things without constant over the shoulder watching. Have not experienced any nitpicking or micromanagment at all. Overall the workday is just enjoyable for me here!
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are no cliques or groups that stay to themselves. We all enjoy interacting with each other every day and trust each other enough to joke about each other shortcomings. Equally if not more, we’ll support each other and cheer for our win
