My experience has exponentially gotten better. I've been able to see myself grow inside & outside of work. The opportunities to learn new things has also increased over time, so it's been awesome having new doors opened to new skills!

Everlight has provided multiple opportunities to grow and learn new skills for myself! I've been challenged directly and pushed to be better, while also had new perspectives opened up to challenge myself.

Everyone works very cohesively towards an individual goal, but also supports our own personal goals!

Having daily meetings to talk about our days and also catch up with our coworkers lives.

The team atmosphere. Everyone comes together with a positive attitude about their work! Whether it's meetings or quick phone calls, the energy is there.

Everyone truly showcases One Team- they're always willing to jump in & help out wherever needed. The family aspect is very apparent in their attitude towards each other!

Having lots of projects to work on. I love digging into the details, and having projects and days to really get into those are great. Also I love working meetings to have that time to really disagree and commit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The celebration of one another! Whether it's someone's birthday, getting engaged, or any life milestone. Everyone is actually excited to celebrate their coworkers regardless of the amount of interaction they've truly had. We don't have to talk daily to be excited for everyone!
