Very positive! Finally found something that I really enjoy doing, while also having awesome coworkers and management. Only current downside is having no benefits, and pay isn't horrible but could be better. Overall I'm really hoping that this is a place that I can stay and grow at for the long term!

Everyone is friendly, respectful, and fun. All feedback is constructive and focused on helping us do our job better. Management is always available to help and support us. Love it!

Constructive feedback and support from other team members. Love working remotely and the flexibility that it offers. Love being part of a company that is helping to fight climate change and offer green savings to customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Creating solar systems is something I really enjoy and find satisfying. I also enjoy collaborating with and getting help from awesome coworkers so that we can all better ourselves. Working at home and avoiding a long commute is amazing as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued as an employee! My coworkers are awesome and I think Everlight is an amazing company. However I do not have any benefits (health insurance, 401k, etc), which in the long run is a problem. My pay also equates to $17 an hour, which is tough in a high cost of living state.
