My co-workers and the purpose of the company outside of profit they are selling a product that does truly help the earth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its still a young company and we all must start somewhere so its hard to gauge based on time to see how they financially compensate everyone but most people with my skillset make double or triple of what I make here on average. I believe in this company and i'm betting on them to take care of us
