I have been with Everlight for a little over 2 years now and i have already achieved working my way up from the position I started at to my dream position. And I did this with the support and open ears of my team lead and department head!

We are also friends outside of work so it creates an amazing work environment!

Not only do they care about my work goals but my personals goals and growth as well!

I really enjoy being a 10-99 employee! Being able to have the flexibility with my paychecks is a new found freedom and responsibility!

The support that is given all the way from the top and then to just our teammates! Everyone wants everyone else to succeed!

My leadership team not only cares about my growth in my professional life but are there to lift me up and support me in my personal growth as well!

Being able to do the work I love, connecting with others outside our company to build Everlight up, and successfully completing projects are all things that make me happy at work!

My team is like a little family. I know everyone says that but I know if I needed it anyone on my team would jump on a plane and come to my rescue, as I would for any of them!!
