Family environment, its fun yet challenging but I never feel like I do not have to tools to succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The current pay is below the market average, leaders are expected to give that extra (as they should be as leaders) but I think they should be compensated at least the average of current pay ranges in the market today, especially with inflation and cost of living increases in the past years.
