Their ability to communicate to the group and care about us as more than employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very clearly represented through each team member. The environment is fun and friendly and humorous.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued but I think overall the pay could be a little bit more to compensate for learning new roles during musical chairs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how our team is able to work together so smoothly and is always willing to help one another out. They are always there whenever support is needed with work and if things are tough personally.
