Great company that is constantly improving although I feel as though there are some things that get swept under the rug. Would like better benefits and retirement. Also wish there was more transparency from the top down. Proud to work for Everlight !

industry pay is better at most other companies for the position i hold. Higher pay and better benefits for the workload and commitment provided.
