I'd love to see the salaries offered here a little bit more competitive with the current market and inflation.

I love working remote and getting to talk to people from all over the country in the comfort of my own home office.

I love how transparent my team is! They are also super fun to hangout with outside of work, which makes us work better during work hours.

We are all like minded and push each other to be the best version of oursevles inside and outside of work. It's a lot of healthy competition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've expressed my financial struggles to my Leads on numerous occasions, and when I asked for a larger bump with my promotion I was told that wouldn't be possible at the time since I was already making more then most people. I haven't had a raise in almost a year since that conversation.
