What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our one-team environment! We all work together and aren't afraid to reach out to each other when we need help or just a quick breather.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are so close and friendly. Every single one of us represents the Everlight Values and it is clear that we all care about the company and each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The family atmosphere and how I know I can contact any of them for assistance or support. This is true in and outside of work matters. During 1v1's they check up on me and we have even said a quick "Hi" to each other's families!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Personally, I am struggling a bit financially with the pay that is provided to start. I consider this an investment in myself and want to grow with the company. Starting off, the pay is acceptable, but I know my worth and value. I love Everlight and can't wait to grow here.
