What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the Everlight culture and environment because everyone is so friendly and amazing, while also being super motivated to produce great results and get their hard work done WELL.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amaaazing. They are all so helpful and willing to chime in any time I need it. Every one is so friendly and we actually have quite a bit in common which is a good feeling in a workplace!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that leadership team is always helping and giving amazing feedback to us, while also asking if we have any feedback for them. Typically I don't because they are amazing, but I enjoy they are also always looking to improve, just like us!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to work remotely and I also love the work I do. I love interacting with my coworkers and working together to solve different ideas. I also LOVE being able to provide people with solar and sustainable energy! I have a direct influence in that and it fulfills me every day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The main thing I struggle with here is the salary. I love Everlight and everything we embody. I love every person I work with. I love the values we all share and the drive to achieve our goals. I would enjoy a little more when it comes to the salary and benefits, but I'm hoping that comes with time.
