How positive it is. I genuinely enjoy going to work, and there's honestly zero background talk or gossip that happens, which helps the workday feel positive, productive and enjoyable to be at.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they genuinely care about their people and are always looking for ways to support their team more! They're invested in our growth both personally and professionally and that's apparent in the way they lead.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How supportive they are! We all genuinely care about each other and want to see each person on our team succeed. Everyone on the team is so willing to jump in and help out where needed and support others when learning something new!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have a lot of great benefits here and the company culture is a huge standout. I do feel as though work ethic could be better compensated for as we grow with the company. I believe an increase in pay is justified as skillset and responsibility-load increases.
