Overall have had a positive experience here at Everlight. I've definitely have had career advancement here and feel challenged which I love and appreciate. I would love if we could get holiday bonuses at end of year and maybe different perks/ incentives for remote staff other than company swag.

With inflation, I feel the base salary should be higher than 36k.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping others/ my coworkers. I love when we can brainstorm and I can help them problem solve
