Being able to take home a vehicle is a huge plus for me.

We watch out for each other and push each other to be better on a daily basis.

The people I work with make work not feel like work and I enjoy coming in every day.

I feel respected by the people in charge of me and when I give ideas/feedback it is considered rather than ignored.

We all have the same goal of providing the best service we can and we have minimal issues between crews and individual employees.

I love being around a good group of people who want to work hard and make it easy to get along with each other.

We're all open to improving our processes no matter who suggests a change. Plus, with how our hiring process, we have a strong company culture.

Being provided food/snacks is huge because I've never gotten that at any other company. Also, being able to take a company vehicle home has been very helpful.
