I like how they encourage an environment of growth and development, no matter what level your role is on.

We would all genuinely become friends outside of work, but we're all very different and contribute in our own ways.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing my daily stand-ups with my team is always the highlight of my day! Love getting to collaborate and chat.

My team really acts as ONE TEAM. Everyone is supportive and always looking for ways to help out and accomplish our common goals.

How open the communication is. There are always people to reach out to for feedback or questions, and it's never a bother; everyone wants to others grow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am not opted into the benefits, but I think the pay is pretty on par with other roles similar to mine in my area at other companies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel like we should do performance based annual raises, because I do think I'm worth more to the company now than I was a few years ago when I started.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how they're invested in making this company the best, and they do that by constantly leveling up our processes and procedures. They listen to what's not working or what can be improved, and they use everyone's ideas collaboratively.
