Pretty good. I enjoy my team and I enjoy accomplishing the work that we do. Although, there is a bit of boys' club culture. Wish there was more for maternity leave - pay-wise. We were awarded best company for women. I think we should have good maternity leave.

Communication and the lack of ego within the team. We show up for each other and for the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Definitely the people. Getting to interact with SE or the ECs have been really fun. Everyone brings something unique to the table.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Community. Everyone here values the aspect of community and togetherness. I really appreciate that in a company since it's such a core value for my family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our team juggles so many responsibilities, and compared to the in-person rate, I feel like we should be compensated just as much. Between daily tasks and different projects, I think being paid the in-person rate would be fair and make sense.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way people look forward to other people here. It never feels like we have to try hard to be accepted or seen as equal even when we start out. Everyone assumes you are competent and the right person for the job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Loyalty, humility, and servant-leadership. Each person on my team is willing to help and WILL help when the need arises. We're able to communicate well when processes need to be changed or talked about. I think our team has always been driven and hard working.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm not well acquainted with all of Leadership, but my team lead is superb. Cares for the team and its growth, cares about us as people, lets us know openly where and how to grow. Leads by example by never turning down a chance to help other teams.
