In my experience our team feels more like family than coeworkers, everyone brings good energy and attitudes to work everyday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don’t think undervalued is the right word, I personally had hoped to be making closer to the prevailing wage for electrical apprentice
