Everlight is a great company with great leadership and culture among all co workers even in different departments. The only downsides is pay is extremely low and benefits aren't great. Only 5 days PTO with 1 day accrual per year.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is uplifting, no complaining / vomiting in daily meetings, can joke around with each other, co workers / team leads are always offering words of encouragement or help if they have the bandwidth to do so
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the price of the cost of living, many of us are living paycheck to paycheck - books about investing aren't super helpful when many are struggling to pay for necessities. Raises are very few and far between & when you do receive one, you're basically told it can be taken away if you slip up
