We are all able to be ourselves, and not just our "work selves"

They take a genuine interest in me and care about my life both inside and outside of work

No one you talk to in any position is intimidating, everyone is nice, supportive and down to earth

I don't feel undervalued - however I do feel there needs to be some sort of paid maternity program

I love being comfortable in my own space remotely, and then getting excited to see and speak to everyone on Zoom

Everyone is different in their own way but similar in that we all are fun-loving and goal-oriented. We do the best we can do and have as much fun as we can doing it
