In the time that I've been with Everlight, I've elevated my life professionally and personally due to the supportive nature of my peers and leaders. I feel that this is the place where I've seen the most growth when it comes to my confidence, communication skills and skills as a mentor for others.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
This year will make five years here, and have grown so much personally and alongside the organization. The environment is fast-paced and ever-changing, and my team is adaptable and resilient. I feel constantly challenged in the best way, and I'm proud to be part of something that keeps evolving.

They're energetic, motivated, and invested in individual personal/professional growth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's fair and competitive to similar roles in other workplaces.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is excited to work, and the environment that we have cultivated here is positive.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team that I work with, the training we receive and the events that we're invited to.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that I can call any Executive for questions, clarification, and support and they are very communicative and willing to assist me when they can.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team and peers are top tier. Very hard-working, collaborative and coachable. We all strive to improve personally as individuals, and collectively as a team to constantly raise the bar. Every individual plays a critical role in our system.
What makes you most happy at work?
Although I work remotely, I enjoy having one-on-one time with my coworkers to feel more included. I wish there were more opportunities to go in-person as those times have been very beneficial in the past, but I am grateful that I can still feel somewhat connected virtually.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is unique and can only be as positive and encouraging as it is because each individual's contributions. I feel that I can truly be myself, speak truthfully and openly about anything and that it will not be met with judgment; rather an open mind and consideration.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel valued and trusted. Despite being busy, they give you the time of day. Whether it's logistical help or just an ear for you to discuss the hard things, they listen. I've been here several years and I have always felt supported and encouraged even through hard lessons and tough conversations.
