What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The most positive thing is the people here and their love for the company. It truly fires us up

What makes you most happy at work?

My amount of work keeps me busy and I feel fulfilled, also love my coworkers and have so much fun with the company

What are some of the best things about your team?

Good communication, the ability to disagree and commit and teach each other solutions. Also just super fun to talk to on a daily basis!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people I work with, even remote I feel close with my team and others in the company. Always look forward to communication with them

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are so friendly and supportive!! I would help them out no matter what time of day or size of task and they would do the same. Love them!

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I enjoy how fun work is and they allow you to have a ton of independence and put their trust in you to complete things while still having your back!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Maternity leave should be provided to the employees and a salary increase should be more than a minimal bump. The pay is not competitive for my position and is often difficult to negotiate at later dates.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My manager and ATL is constantly checking in and very hands on with any problem. Execs also easily respond when tagged on slack and are willing to hop in when needed and speak up for their team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was promoted / switched to a team without much of a heads up, happy to take on said role and the new responsibilities but received no bump up in terms of salary. Also have been working here for more than a year with no difference.
