Seem to have a genuine care for each employee's work and home life. They all are definitely people i couod have a beer with.

The genuine investment in people, and continuous search for improvements. If Everlight is able to maintain those two characteristics, I will stay for the long haul!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part for me is the vesting options. It encourages employees to stay long enough to become fully vested in their options, then if they stay longer they will receive benefits up to yearly.
