I can safely say my expectations have been blown out of the water in my 7 months at Everlight. From building a supportive team online, to getting the opportunity to meet everyone in person, I feel so blessed to work for a company that challenges me to level up in my life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The supportiveness of my team is amazing, as well as the reliability. I am amazed to be around such like minded people every day, and I truly have never experienced anything like it in another workplace.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership takes time out of their day, every single day, to check in with us to see if we have any questions or need support. If we do have a question throughout the day, they are willing to hop into a zoom meeting with us within 5 minutes. Their responsiveness is unmatched!
What makes you most happy at work?
My team! I look forward to seeing everyone every day, and love the catch up time during our weekly standup, where we share about our weeks. I feel that my team is genuinely excited about my achievements, and I feel the very same way toward them when I see them accomplish a goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The supportiveness! If any of us need any support of any kind, at least 3 people are ready to lend a hand. If I have a customer who needs a follow up on a day I'm out of office, I know without a doubt they will be taken care of by someone on my team.
