Our ability to talk or not talk and the work doesn't suffer, we know each other and can do any part of install.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inability for us to be satisfied with our current processes. The pursuit of perfection that will never be reached. I love that shit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some kind of available healthcare as an option would be nice. I want to stop stressing about my bills while I install, that's all I dream about.
What makes you most happy at work?
The comraderie you get from doing a tough job. I care more for my coworkers after a year than I did in 5 at my last job. I can be not ok here and my family takes me in and makes me feel at peace.
