What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The family-oriented environment and the fact that we truly work as a team. I also love that questions are encouraged and never treated like dumb questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the team calls and the background themes during our team meetings. I love that we also talk about life outside of work and get to know each other better consistently.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so welcoming and kind. I love that they genuinely care about your life and there's so many team building activities that I feel like I'm making friends within the company even though I'm remote.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the care and kindness that they bring to every conversation and question. They truly commit to the company values and show them daily and I never feel like they're being hypocritical about the things they're telling us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though my pay is a little bit low, considering I am working over a 45 hour week every week and almost always working past company hours. I do hope and believe that this will increase with time, but right now it feels like I'm working harder than I'm getting paid for.
