What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that every month people are awarded for showing different aspects of our company values shows that leadership is paying attention, and wants to make sure we feel seen for the hard work that we do!

Every person is so willing to help answer questions or jump in if needed. We all care about each other as people and I love that there are things that make us have fun and interact and it’s not solely about metric

Getting to interact with my team for just 15 minutes each day to check in and make sure we don’t have any questions and just get to interact is something I look forward to every day! We are focusing on what needs to be done, but we also add personal touches as wel
