Ms. Christie Spencer has been Market President of Evolent Health, Inc. since September 14, 2016. Ms. Spencer oversees expansion of the MCOE services throughout the Evolent's line of business. She served as Vice President of Brand Support Services at RXC Acquisition Company. She has more than twenty-five years of experience in multiple facets of the healthcare industry including insurance, clinical and claims management and physician practice management. She served as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations of University Health Care, Inc. (Alternate Name: Passport Health Plan). During her tenure with Passport, she was responsible for providing leadership, direction and strategic vision for all phases of operations functions, including information technology, claims and reimbursement, provider relations and provider network management, member services, provider services, project management and process improvement. Prior to Passport, She served as Vice President at RxCrossroads, Inc. in Louisville. Prior to joining RxCrossroads, She has contracted with various national healthcare companies providing operational support including project management, business development, workflow analysis and operational assessment. Her previous experience also includes operational leadership in a growth environment. As Senior Vice President of National Health Services, she was responsible for all activities of the organization, including: operations, account management, sales, marketing, public relations and product development. Ms. Spencer earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from State University of New York at Oswego and a Masters in Business Administration from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland. Ms. Spencer is a 2015 Graduate of the Leadership Louisville program.
