Mr. Jason Brown serves as President of Market Operations for Health Plan Services at Evolent Health, Inc. Mr. Brown is responsible for driving performance, growth and profitability across Evolent Health's HPS partner relationships. He served as President of Population Health of Valence Health, Inc. since April 14, 2016, where he was responsible for the operations, software development and strategy of Valence's Population Health Business. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Valence Health, Inc. since December 4, 2015 until April 14, 2016. Previously, he worked as a Director for Vista Equity Partners helping to implement Vista's best practice operating principles across its portfolio leading enterprise software companies. Prior to Vista, he spent five years at MedAssets in a number of senior management roles including executing M&A transactions, serving as Chief of Staff and leading MedAssets patient access solutions. His early career includes investment banking for Goldman Sachs, executing M&A transactions for The Home Depot and strategy consulting with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Morehouse College and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
