Mr. Mike Minor served as Regional President of Evolent Health, Inc. since May 18, 2016 and serves as its President of National Medicaid. Mr. Minor served as a Regional Market President of Evolent Health, Inc. until May 18, 2016. Prior to Evolent, Mr. Minor was the state president for WellCare of Kentucky where he led the development for a new health plan that doubled in size within 18 months to 230,000 covered lives. Previously, Mr. Minor served as chief operating officer of WellCare's South Division. Mr. Minor joined WellCare in 2005 as a regional vice president of finance and helped oversee the start-up and development of WellCare's Georgia health plan. Mr. Minor earned his BS in Business Administration from the University of Louisville and also holds a Master of Health Care Administration from Xavier University.
