Nicholas McGrane — Chief Financial Officer at Evolent Health

Mr. Nicholas McGrane, also known as Nicky, has been Chief Financial Officer of Evolent Health, Inc. since October 2014. Mr. McGrane served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of Sbarro Inc. and MidOcean SBR Holdings, LLC from July 28, 2010 to February 2012. Mr. McGrane served as Managing Director of MidOcean Partners. He focused on investments on the consumer sector. He serves as a Director of Therma-Tru Corp. He serves on the Board of Therma Tru, Inc. and TastiD-Lite, LLC. He served as a Director of Sbarro Inc. from January 2007 to February 2012. Mr. McGrane graduated with an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar and holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Management from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.
