Mr. Nicholas McGrane, also known as Nicky, has been Chief Financial Officer of Evolent Health, Inc. since October 2014. Prior to joining Riverside Management Group, Mr. McGrane was an Independent Consultant for clients including Evolent Health LLC. Mr. McGrane held various roles, including Managing Director of Sbarro from 1997 to 2012. He worked at MidOcean and its predecessors from 1997 until 2012. During his 15 years with the group, he worked on transactions in both the consumer and industrial space. He served as Financial Analyst at Kidder Peabody Group Inc. He served as Vice President of Deutsche Bank AG, Investment Arm. He served as a Vice President and Director of DB Capital Partners. Prior to joining DB Capital Partners' predecessor BT Capital Partners in 1997, he served as a Director of Business Development at Imax Corporation. He has experience as a Consultant at Bain & Company Inc. and as a Financial Analyst at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated in the media and entertainment group. He serves as a Director of Therma-Tru Corp. He serves on the Board of Therma Tru, Inc. and TastiD-Lite, LLC. He served as a Director of Sbarro Inc. from January 2007 to February 2012. Mr. McGrane graduated with an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar and holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Management from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.
